As per the returns policy we are offering the best quality and affordable jackets. The delivery time of the jackets is usually within 7 to 9 working days from the date of the order confirmation.
However, the product doesn’t get there on time doesn’t fit as per your expectation, or arrives damaged. The customer can begin the return or exchange process via a dedicated process within 30 days of the delivery.

Report:
If you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that may cause in transit, please let us know within 3 days so we can resolve the situation. We cannot offer a resolution if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.
For Incorrect Sizes:
Make a request to the customer service team for a size change within 3 days after the arrival of your ordered product.
Write to our customer support with a few images of the jacket within three days of the delivery as per your ordered size. You will get an exchange/ return for your jacket.
No product, color, or measurement change after 24 hours of your order placement.
Order Cancellation:
Cancelling your order within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a direct flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
However, if canceling the order within a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be a 45% deduction from the ordered item amount.
No order cancellation after 7 days of order confirmation.
Damage Product:
When the item is shipped and reaches the customer in the damaged then the customer can send us the images after 24 hours of receiving the item. The case will be forwarded to the production department and the customer will be entertained with the related solution.
Delay in Delivery:
If the delivery of the item is delayed more than 29 working days after the order confirmation and the payment is made customer cannot request a refund.
Payment Method
There are different payment methods are added to the website. Please email within 48 hours after placing the order.
(Once the order is delivered the credit card can cancel it within 48 hours of the delivered item) . The company will not be responsible for this issue. Furthermore, the 30-day return policy applies if they want to return it.
Duty & Taxes
If there is any duty or taxes to the customer’s location then the customer has to work with the custom to pay duty or taxes or any other changes related to this.
